Allergens
One kitchen, shared equipment. If an allergy is serious, this is not the right bakery and we would rather say so.
Wheat, egg and milk. Every one, without exception.
Peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame — the doughs share a bench.
None on the current menu. If that changes it will say so on the product page.
Not yet. We would rather not offer it than offer it from this kitchen.

How fresh is it really?
Baked after you press the button, not before. Nothing is held overnight and nothing is reheated for you — if a batch does not sell it goes to the team, not back on the shelf. تنخبز بعد ما تطلب، مو قبل. وما نخلي شي من يوم لثاني.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Free within five minutes of ordering, from the confirmation screen. After that it is already in the oven and we cannot take it back.
How long do they keep?
Best inside the hour. Good for 48 hours at room temperature in the box. Thirty seconds in a warm oven brings the centre back — a microwave will not, it makes them tough. أحلى شي أول ساعة. وتضل زينة يومين. سخّنها بالفرن مو بالمايكرويف.
Do you do same-day for a party?
Up to 20 boxes, yes, if you order before 2pm. More than that is a corporate order and needs a day's notice.
What is the Melt Club?
Six boxes and the seventh is free. Your card starts with two loops already on it. Nothing to sign up for beyond an order — the loops attach to your phone number.

Office boxes, event catering, and gifting with a printed note. From 20 boxes, a day's notice.
